Do I have to create or manage the listings?
No. Businesses sign up, pay, and create and update their own listings. You can remove any listing that isn't a good fit.
What does it cost?
Nothing to launch and no monthly fee. We only get paid when you do: when a business pays for a listing, MemberGig's 15% platform fee plus applicable Stripe fees are deducted.
How do I get paid?
Through Stripe, the secure payment service used by millions of businesses. During setup you connect your Stripe account, or create one in a few steps, and your listing earnings are paid out directly to your bank account. Paid boards are available in the countries Stripe supports.
Can businesses cancel?
Yes, anytime. Their listing stays active until the end of the period they paid for, and they aren't charged again. Refunds for the current period are up to you.
Can I change my price?
Yes, once every 30 days, so businesses on your board have time to prepare.
